Convenience - Free delivery directly to your home or workplace. Payment can be made by all major payment cards or cheque.

NHS Prescriptions

If you have a National Health Service Prescription simply follow steps (a) to (d) below.

(a) Fill in the back of the prescription and indicate whether you pay for your prescriptions or are exempt from payment. If exempt, please send proof of exemption which will be returned to you with your dispensed prescription.

(b) If you are using this service for the first time or if there are any changes to your details, please fill in and print out the Prescription Registration Form (below).

(c) If you pay for your prescriptions, enter your payment details on the form. The current charge is £6.65 for each NHS item. Enter the number of items in the Quantiry field below.

(d) Send your prescription to us with the Prescription Registration Form:

Medicines requiring refrigeration will incur extra delivery charges.
