NHS Prescriptions - Safe and Secure to you the Next DayThe following information is for customers who have been issued a National Health Service Prescription and signed by their GP like the example on the left. It clearly has the NHS logo at the base of the form.If you do not have a prescription like the example on the left, you may have a Private Prescription. This means you will have to pay for your prescription. For further information, If you have a National Health Service Prescription simply follow the 4 easy steps below.All you have to do is: Fill in the back of your prescription as normal indicating whether you pay for your prescriptions or are exempt from payment. If you don't pay for your prescriptions please send us proof of exemption, which will be returned to you with your dispensed prescription. If you haven't used this service before or there are any changes to your details, please print out and fill in the Prescription Registration Form (link below). This will help our pharmacists to ensure you receive the best possible care. View/print this form - Microsoft Word format (doc) If you pay for your prescriptions, enter your payment details on the Prescription Registration Form. You can pay by Credit Card, or by Cheque (made payable to Pharmplex Ltd .) or by Postal Order.Currently the charge is £6.85 for each NHS item.
